Is planning a hallway width of 1.60 meters exaggerated?

Hello! According to the current plan, the hallway will be 1.60 m wide. Too exaggerated? We currently have 1.10 m width and that is really very narrow. Planned is 3 m width in the entrance area ([kommt später eine Treppe hin]) and then continuing to the rooms like bedroom, bathroom, and dressing room 1.60 m width....

What are your concerns? If there is space and nothing is missing anywhere, why not?

In total, just over 20 sqm are allocated to the hallway... with a total size of 128 sqm, the ratio seems quite high. :-/

Depends! Without a complete floor plan and without knowledge of the requirements (and wishes) of the builders, you can't answer that.
