Is it possible to lay laminate parquet on tiles?

I just saw such a nice prefinished parquet at the hardware store. Now I have no idea about the technology. It is a click-together type. If I were now tired of my tiles, could I simply lay such a parquet on top of the tiles? What about the underfloor heating then? Would it be overloaded?

Overwhelmed. Wood itself is more of an insulating material than a heat conductor. Now there is heating, tiles, some air, wood....underneath the wood it gets nicely warm....on top no longer.
