Is it possible to apply for funding or discounts?

Hello everyone,

We are currently building a semi-detached house with an air-water heat pump (heat pump).
I am 26 years old and the sole financer (contract was signed when I was still 25 years old in December 2016).
We are currently still in the shell construction phase and are building in Rheinland-Pfalz.
Total costs approximately €450k.

We currently have no subsidies or discounts ... no KFW or anything else.
Maybe one of you knows whether we could possibly apply for a subsidy and if so, which one and why?

If you build according to the Energy Saving Ordinance 2016, there is no KfW funding. Only for the standards KfW 55 or 40. What do you mean by total costs? "Turnkey house + plot? Or have you also considered the additional costs?

KfW must, to my knowledge, be applied for BEFORE the start of construction, aside from the fact that the requirements must also be met... but I am also happy to be better informed for the benefit of the OP.

Construction started in 02.2017 according to the guidelines on how to build in 2017 ... air-to-water heat pump with split unit ... triple glazing ... solar panels... 36.5 cm exterior walls ... etc.

The turnkey price is 366k € and about 80k € extras (garage, spotlights, electrical, sanitary, etc.)

Must be applied for before the start of the project. There won't be much time left for that.

It's already too late anyway, since the contracts are already in place, the financing is there, etc. You should have thought about it earlier.
