Hello dear forum.

My wife and I are considering building a house, we have already found a suitable offer that would cost us about 300k turnkey, the land would be purchased within the family so that we would only have to pay 35k for an inheritance payout.

Regarding our professional situation, I am currently still retraining but will start a fixed-term employment contract in the industry on 01.02.2022, earning about 1800, plus a 450-euro job, my wife is a nurse and works part-time, is permanently employed, and earns about 1500, we are three.

Is it possible to get financing with these conditions?

It is best to fill out the questionnaire in order to make a reasonable statement about it:

At first glance, a fixed-term employment contract with 1.8k net as well as 1.5k for your wife + a side job sounds very ambitious for the project. How is the house supposed to be financed if one income disappears?

According to the financing advice from the company xyc, the industrial sector is booming so there is probably no need to worry, and I don’t expect a nurse to lose her job...

Equity capital is naturally also available, 4 building savings contracts, 2x Riester pension, 2x life insurance and 2x occupational disability insurance as securities.

Financing should work (although not with every bank). But only affordable with two salaries.

Equity is only equity if it is included in the financing. Otherwise, it is "just" other assets.

Finally, the question is how to build turnkey for T€ 300? Construction incidental costs? What else needs to be invested to make turnkey also ready for occupancy? How are driveway and outdoor facilities paid for.

Formally, you get something over T€ 300 for 900-1,000€ per month. But is the loan sufficient?

Bath like Baden-Württemberg or like Baden Baden?

Well, I don't know what you are learning but in the industry not even having 1800 net is not even a 35h unskilled worker job in the Nordschwarzwald region.

Then first look at the wage in the East; as a retrainer you have to bite the bullet first before you "advance," but that shouldn’t be up for debate here now either.
