Of course, no question. Financing and not being on the land register is not an option and would of course be more than unfair.

The partner could also settle her "rent" in the form of taking over the additional costs. How would it be divided in the land register, for example, if one partner brings in a considerable amount of equity, services the loan for several years – thus bearing the financial risk – and the other partner enters the financing significantly later?

Either calculate precisely (equity credit installment property credit installment rent) or do whatever your heart tells you:

In our case it was like this: everything came from my husband (self-earned). I helped with the construction, earn much less, everything went into the joint account, everything was paid from there and after 6 years he made a notary appointment and now I am registered at 50 %.

For example, ownership could be split 70 to 30. Higher equity = higher ownership share. There are many possibilities. Also notarized.

Sorry, a woman cannot (or should not) be so naive as to sign a loan without becoming an owner. So either you alone take the loan and become the owner. Based on the numbers, I don't rule out that it is feasible. Or both are borrowers and owners. I find such constructs, where the man has everything, the woman nothing, and then children come anyway, questionable. Either you want to be together and take on the project together or not.
