I had already written that this is of course not intended. If co-financing (officially in the loan), then only including [Grundbucheintrag].

Again, explicitly my options:
1. Finance myself (if the bank agrees)
2. Both in the loan and land register then 70/30 or something similar

Everything can be 50/50 and the equity provided by one party can be handled through a private agreement.

I would not go along with 2 as a woman either. Or do you pay her 100% compensation if she goes part-time when children come??? And do you also pay her a pension compensation then??

Or also 50/50 without a private contract. In case of emergency, the money would probably be the last thing I would mourn anyway.

I can only contribute that my figures (income, loan amount) are very similar (equity was significantly lower, however) and I was able to get a loan easily on my own. For the desired loan amount, the mentioned income should be sufficient. Even without a partner. Regarding the question of "fairness," when only one partner brings the house, we have already discussed this extensively here.
