We "snagged" a condominium in southern BaWü for 310K. It was listed for 340K + 10K garage and we got it for a total of 310K. I think it's due to interest rates though, higher interest rates = less demand :D

1973 and 85m2. The facade + facade insulation were done in 2020. Heating is district heating (2014). Next up is probably the roof in the coming years.

And how big is the WEG (how many parties)? Is the maintenance reserve regular? There are many, especially smaller ones, that do not set up a maintenance reserve. Then there's a topic like a new roof, which is really problematic for some.
