Will the public order office even deal with such trivial matters?

Maybe it depends on what Alfred says was disposed of there. The authorities sometimes react very sensitively to illegal dumping. And then send an employee over to take a look and ask. Why not? In a village/small town, that's conceivable.

To show the other side.

It’s similar for us. We also have such a protective wall, and on or behind it various garden waste is disposed of by some property owners. Whether it’s grass clippings, dethatching residues, or the entire turf from the swimming pool excavation.

That may all be natural. But these are sometimes enormous piles that produce smoke and a foul smell and generate a lot of heat. (Spontaneous combustion not excluded)
Of course, the slope is also an attraction for all children and teenagers, and one can only hope that parts of the slope don’t eventually slide away when a child is on it.

Nice that the actual offense is being addressed here for once. I think that – as stupid as it may sound – dumping your topsoil on someone else’s property is actually illegal and will probably be punished. Why would someone do such a thing? Where I come from, you either put the topsoil somewhere on your own property or you take it to the recycling center for a fee of 1.50 EUR. This way you are just trying to turn your problem into the town’s problem, which I don’t find very considerate.

I think so. So pay the upcoming fine and let it be a lesson for you.

But that is only the ground of the wall. Only weeds grow.

I ran out of space at my place. Thought the weeds would be happy.
