Is a heating system for a 170m² single-family house without a basement achievable according to KfW 55 standard?

Hello,

we are currently planning a single-family house with approx. 170m² without a basement KFW 55 standard.
Now I have a question about the heating system. I had initially selected the following combination:

- Gas boiler
- Ventilation system
- Water-bearing tiled stove

Can I achieve the KfW 55 standard with this system?

Is a water-bearing tiled stove necessary at all? The house is indirectly heated by the tiled stove with ventilation, right?

Solar thermal would hardly be an option for me initially, as we are a household of 2 people and I personally only shower or bathe at home max. 2 times a week.

It is not possible to say without further ado whether a KfW Efficiency House 55 is achievable in the described constellation without a solar system. For that, one would have to know the plans (passive solar planning, thermal insulation value, transmission heat loss, floor plans, location, orientation). Is there a thermal protection certificate?
Is a water-carrying tiled stove necessary at all? The house is indirectly heated by the tiled stove with ventilation, right?
Personally, I would install the tiled stove without water connection. I would not be in the habit of regularly lighting the stove. And then such a system makes little sense, especially since the start-up phase until effective heat is transferred to the storage is relatively long. The advantage of a stove without a water jacket is also that it can be used to heat the house even during a power outage.
Solar thermal would hardly be an option for me from the outset, as we are a 2-person household and I personally only shower or bathe a maximum of twice a week at home.
That is a sensible thought. A solar system has the disadvantage that in most cases it is not cost-effective. When it produces a lot of heat, you are on summer vacation or the thermal surpluses remain unused in the storage. In winter, when heat is needed, the heat gains from the solar system are not present. Ecologically, the balance looks good, which is why the primary energy factor for the efficiency house looks better with solar thermal.
I recommend building with a very well-insulated building envelope and covering the low heat and heating demand with a heat pump. Then it might be possible to build a KfW Efficiency House 55 without a solar system, but the ventilation system must be taken into account in this case.

Hello,
That will certainly be somewhat difficult.

Best regards.
