And are you sure that you will use the roof terrace? Do you have an amazing view from there? Otherwise, I imagine it would be inconvenient to go down first for the toilet or kitchen, then back into the house.
Yes, for green roofing and the like, we wanted to put everything else that usually stands around in the small garden consisting of useful plants (raised bed, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.) onto the roof terrace, which also gets a lot of sun. The plot is not that big anyway, so every square meter is hard fought for :D
Leave out the stairs and roof terrace in the application and build them later;)
Haha, but then there could be trouble with the neighbors if it bothers them, so my approach was to have everything legally fixed from a building law perspective :)

Yes, I keep noticing that too, recently drove through a 10-year-old new housing development, and every "front yard" was completely paved and used as a parking space for cars. I wonder how that can be and whether the municipality doesn't care. But I’m not going to rat anyone out, to each their own, as long as it doesn’t affect or bother me :rolleyes:
