Hello,
Apparently, this hasn't become well known everywhere yet.
Half-pregnant – did that really have to be said?
Always assuming a decentralized system is properly installed and is not a cheap system, a builder should not expect any problems. From my point of view – as always – it’s a matter of weighing the pros and cons of each choice; the magic solution does not exist even with ventilation systems.
Rhenish regards
Proof can also be provided just as easily with a decentralized solution.

Decentralized controlled residential ventilation can be described as "half-pregnant." Not very efficient, often problems with noise levels and/or condensation. Whether you really want something like that in the bedroom is something to consider.
