I would agree with that, and 20 degrees is a touch too little at these temperatures The values are completely off. Just as a reference: We are working with a base point of 2.0 and a slope of 0.30 on the 504. Did you receive the manual? This is what our heating curve looks like:If you set it like this and no slope, I would expect exactly 20 degrees flow temperature, provided other settings do not completely prevent the start.

Otherwise, the heating operation would not be active. It switches on as soon as the heating detects an outside temperature below the hysteresis of the summer mode. So the heating basically wants to heat, but it only does so until the return temperature reaches 22 degrees, which does not warm a house.
With us, the LWZ304 is also placed on a metal(?) pedestal in the utility room on the ground floor. Sound dampers are also installed. You can hardly hear anything with the door closed. You also don't hear any noise from the heating through the ventilation. Only a slight rustling from level 2 onwards. But that doesn't disturb at all, even in the bedroom next to the bed.
So far, I am very satisfied with the choice of heating!
