Installing the bottom drawers in the Ikea Pax wardrobe

Hello,

I urgently need help.
We bought a Pax wardrobe with all interior fittings etc. Now I have the problem that when I want to install the drawers all the way at the bottom, however, the holes are already taken by the hinges of the flap doors.
Are there any solutions for this or do I have to leave the holes free and waste valuable space??

Hello Jan,

after having built 5.50 meters of Pax in the last few weeks, I think you will probably have to sacrifice the space for the hinges. In any case, I haven't come across any other solution.

I would always secure the doors on all three hinges. I also don’t think it’s good service from Ikea that it’s basically presented as if you could design the entire wardrobe on your own. There should always be a final check by a PAX consultant.

so, big problem, simple solution (there are only 2 solutions):

1.)
Install a wire basket, that's the only option to install something pull-out.

2.)
Leave enough space so that you can fit these fabric boxes in.

So I bought and assembled the wardrobe exactly as it was displayed and have the same problem... and honestly, I don’t know what to do with my door anymore...
