install electric roller shutters or just have them prepared

Hello we are in the same situation

We have ordered roller shutters for the whole house these >cost us 4000€
Now we have 4 fewer windows than originally planned, they do not want to give us a refund because the statement is that they are for the whole house regardless of how many windows. I should have planned for 17 windows, then there probably would have been an extra charge.

Well the fact is we do not want the ugly strap winders on the window. I also want to buy Jarolift radio motors and install them myself.
Do I also need these isolating relays with the radio motors? According to the description they work with remote control and you can lower them all in one group or individually.

The problem is the electrician wants 90€ for the supply cable which I find very expensive.

The developer wants 300€ for motors including button on the window control and connection.

I do trust myself with the installation. with the radio motors only the motors need wiring, the buttons or the central button or remote control also run wirelessly and probably on batteries.

Have the surplus equipment handed over to you and sell it on Ebay. (The 4 fewer windows are declared as a discount?)

We do not build with a gu. Therefore, we have separately specified windows with electric shutters. However, I do not like the installed motor types because they are unreliable (reviews on the internet). Would it be possible in terms of the process to tell the window installer to exclude the motors and I will install the motors myself after he has installed the windows/shutters/box with armor? I would like to install the ones from 3t Motors. They are inexpensive and very durable.

Just tell the window fitter to install them.

Does he build them himself? I thought he just gets the boxes ready from somewhere.

How would the process work then? I get the motors and give them to him in advance for installation? I need to talk to him.
