Hello!

That is also stated in your contract. A cheap builder like CoTo will have defined the standard as the hardware store faucet, in the mid-price segment for example Grohe, and luxury the golden taps. At least the brands should have been listed in the contract (?!)

And unfortunately, that is not the case. What I copied is stated in the contract. Only the furniture is specified by scanbad. No other manufacturers have been named. Now we have to bite the bullet. Fortunately, there is still enough money left to choose Grohe fixtures ;)

Go to the corresponding sanitary trade where you will do the sampling. Ask for the cheapest fittings and their price. Then you have your approximate price range. But note that your plumber probably has different prices than those displayed in the wholesale exhibition. At least, that was the case for me.

For me, all models included were precisely listed in the contract, but without exact prices. During the sampling, I was also allowed to choose for free between the cheaper lines of other manufacturers. During the sampling, I was then roughly told the approximate additional cost for my requests. Afterwards, I received a written additional cost offer from my responsible plumber.
