Crazy, I'm totally overwhelmed right now and wondering how you did that  I even blurred out the street names and the bakery. I feel like my grandma when I try to explain to her how to swipe right and left…

: yeah the hint about the garden is true, but if interest rates go up even more now and we don’t find anything “decent,” an apartment and a community garden would of course also be totally okay. We’re considering different options and I’m a big fan of: Hey, how would you actually do it :D

Don’t worry, if you bought it and the listing on ImmoScout is deactivated, it definitely won’t be found. It’s not because of your map section. It’s way too imprecise. It’s due to the developer’s aerial image. But whatever, this happens to some people here in the forum sometimes. It’s also difficult to describe something vague in order to get concrete information.

Great contribution, I am also pro townhouse because of neighborhoods, children, etc. I grew up in a new housing development with townhouses and it was awesome! And the community still exists today with parties, get-togethers, etc. And the cool thing is, my children will grow up the same way because we are moving into a townhouse in a new housing development in November.

Never would I sit somewhere lonely in a detached house without neighbors in close proximity.

Laugh… the next neighbors sit 6 meters to the left and right, and from the view we have more of each other than in a terraced house, where everyone looks in one direction. It is certainly not lonely, unless you have a 3000 sqm plot somewhere in the forest.
But I always found it “cozy” in our end terraced house as well. I have always liked linked houses…

If I had the money <1.5 million I would have also put a single-family house here in the new development area with 550 sqm of land, unfortunately not possible. But we are still very much looking forward to our townhouse and the neighbors have been great so far (they are all happy to have a beer with me :-D)

Yes, one should always focus on the positive and not look for the negative.
