I wanted to play around a bit with the planner and took out my laptop with Windows. When a blue screen appeared halfway through, it reminded me once again that I shouldn’t use that operating system. Unfortunately, the planner does not run on Linux.
I meant on the other side opposite.
If it is not a rental apartment, I would rather have the connections relocated than have an unfavorable layout. Otherwise, you can also run the lines on the wall through the other cabinet.
Dishwasher first and then sink would be more favorable in terms of workspace if the connections can be relocated that far.
An under-cabinet extractor hood in the 80 cm wall cabinet would not interrupt the cabinet row. I don’t find it very attractive when a free-standing hood is squeezed between cabinets. Besides, the cooktop then does not have to be centered under the wall opening.
I would omit the corner cabinet cramped between the wall and the fridge combo and place the combo within the row, perhaps also on the other side next to a tall cabinet with the oven. Ideally, of course, a built-in combo in the cabinet. Of course, you cannot buy everything new if you already have stuff and don’t have money to spare.
And after the sink, there is still the dishwasher. Therefore no tall cabinet.

If I place the 40 cm cabinet between the sink and the cooktop, then the water connections are behind the 40 cm base cabinet.
