IKEA SKINANDE/RESONLIG/METOD drill template wanted

Hello,

we purchased a Skinande dishwasher from the bargain bin. Screws and RESONLIG were already included. What we are missing, however, is the drilling template to pre-drill the holes in our Metod door.

SKINANDE has the serial number 911536047 and the product number 41147784. According to Ikea, RESONLIG has the product number 50248348.

IKEA referred us to Electrolux regarding the "spare parts" - who have meanwhile sent us "SET, Integrated, 1560924-07/6 SR 91153604700" as well as "TEMPLATE, INTEGRATED (1400000060-01/6 SR 91153604700)." However, neither the set nor the drilling template fits our dishwasher or the front ... (even though the SR apparently matches...). On the Electrolux spare parts site, we cannot find a different drilling template (Maybe the one we have is for Faktum???).

Does anyone have experience with attaching METOD to SKINANDE with RESONLIG? Or the missing drilling template (or the correct measurements???)

I assume.
You purchased the SKINANDE model where [RESONLIG] was not included and the device has a different PNC than the SKINANDE, which is now sold including [RESONLIG]. For your PNC, there is only the template that was supplied with the device, namely the one for [FAKTUM]. The other template was included with [RESONLIG]. Consequently, the [METOD] template is only available from Electrolux for devices with the new PNC.

A smart Electrolux employee should be able to find the correct template. From my experience so far, however, it is difficult to get a smart employee at Electrolux. The easiest way might be to get the PNC of the new SKINANDE via IKEA and then obtain the appropriate templates from Electrolux with it.
