Ikea PAX wardrobe sliding doors / warped

Hello everyone,

I am reaching out to the forum because I have a problem with my new Pax wardrobe with sliding doors. The wardrobe is 300cm wide and is equipped with two sliding doors.

The problem is that as soon as both doors overlap, they move together smoothly. However, when you want to close the back door, it is hardly possible to separate the back door from the front one.
I just noticed that the back door is also warped, meaning it appears to be compressed at the top and bottom. You can also see a slight bulge roughly in the middle of the door.

It would be great if someone has already had the same problem and can help me with some advice.

what was the outcome for you back then?

I had the same problem; the sliding doors had warped and rubbed against each other. It all started after only three years.

There was no warranty or goodwill after 4 years. Take a look at what I wrote: google

And how was it justified that the 10-year warranty did not apply?

It would be interesting to see what came out of it...
