IKEA PAX/Komplement drawers run unevenly and loudly

Hello, I bought a Pax/Komplement wardrobe last November. The drawer slides do not run as smoothly as in the displayed wardrobes; they run significantly louder and unevenly. Does anyone know this problem and can recommend a solution? Or is it advisable to make a complaint at Ikea?

It may be that a rail is broken. Does it make a scratching noise when opening or closing?

Or the rail is not properly in place. Have a look under the drawer to see if it is sitting correctly or if it is rubbing on the sides.
Take the drawer out and check each individual rail. Then you can determine if the rail is broken. Then take the broken rail to IKEA to exchange it. Don't forget the receipt... Otherwise there will be problems... But that is obvious...
