Hi,
what has been bothering me for a while is that the half-height (1.06m) Oxberg doors are only available with wooden panels and not, like the large doors, also in glass. The Morliden doors are not an option for me as they do not match the rest of the design.
Now I had the idea to split the large Oxberg doors so that they also fit the small Billys. A measurement showed that the doors are asymmetrical, with one part being 97cm (the same size as the small doors) and the other part 100cm. The 97cm part also has the 2 holes for the hinges.
In theory, it should be quite easy to saw the door accordingly. Has anyone tried this before or can give hints about the project?
