Ikea Metod - which 45 cm dishwasher fits easily?

there are already several similar posts in this forum, but they did not help me further: I have installed a Metod kitchen and am now looking for a fully integrated 45 cm dishwasher. Can someone tell me which appliances actually fit? XXL devices from Siemens & Co. seem to be available only for 60 cm wide appliances. Can I still take any 45 cm dishwasher from Siemens and then (for a high price) buy the accessory "folding hinge for high cabinet dimensions"? And what about the Ikea appliance medelstor, which according to the homepage is not higher than a branded dishwasher, how does it fit into the niche dimension of 88 cm?

so far there are no experience reports here about the use of the folding hinge for high cabinet dimensions. According to the measurements, it does not fit, but it could still work within the tolerances. However, that would be an experiment.
If you don't want to tinker at all, only the MEDELSTOR is recommended. Maybe there is also a model from AEG with "Perfect Fit," but basically that is nothing other than the MEDELSTOR, which comes from AEG (=Electrolux).
