Hello dear community,

I want to get an Ikea kitchen and install my own appliances.
So far, I haven't figured out how the door height relates to the total height.
It's also not clear to me why Ikea doesn't provide this information or if I'm just blind.
I have sent a request to IKEA, but the response can take up to 14 days.

Can someone tell me at least the door height of the lower 2 doors of the following cabinets:

Cabinet number: ME 724
2.4 meters with 3 doors

Cabinet number: ME 719
2.2 meters with 3 doors

Cabinet number: ME 725
2.4 meters with 3 doors

2.2 meters with 2 doors
Cabinet number: ME 720

Cabinet number: ME 718
2.2 meters with 2 doors

Cabinet number: ME 715
2.0 meters with 2 doors

Thank you very much in advance. I am grateful for any information.

The middle one is 60*1.20 high, the lower one 60*80

You can go through the list of article numbers in the description, maybe there are also these details in the Metod planner (I am still a Faktum owner).

Hello, these are all assemblies that are tailored to the IKEA appliances. In the purchasing guide, the model names of the IKEA models are listed. For appliances from other manufacturers, it is best to assemble the cabinet yourself from the individual parts. You always take the next larger doors. For example, the lower door needs a front height of at least 68 cm, then you take 80 cm; the upper door needs at least 123 cm, so it must be a 140 cm high door. Consequently, the cabinet must be at least 220 cm high. The appliance is then installed so that the center between the appliance doors is aligned with the gap between the cabinet doors.

Ok, thanks for the answers. I think I understand it now.

The lower door is always 80cm high for now.
The upper door results from the total height.

Then there is a variant with a 10 or 20 cm higher lower door.
I can't see it clearly in the pictures.

Except for the 3-door cabinets.
There the upper door is about 30-40 cm high and accordingly the middle door is smaller.

So roughly, I can manage with that now.
I have a roller shutter box that is in the way and I want a 0-degree compartment in the refrigerator.
All together is causing me problems, because these refrigerators are usually very tall. Now I am looking for a solution.
3 doors do not bring the desired success. I know that now.

Thanks to you.
