Hello everyone,
I have a problem with my Komplement trouser rack (5-fold). When you push the trouser rack into the wardrobe, it simply rolls back. Apparently, there is a rollback stop on the hinges (at least I think so ;) ). Unfortunately, I don't know why it doesn't engage. Since I have sliding doors on the Pax, this is really a problem. When the door is closed, the trouser rack rolls against it, so that you can no longer slide the door properly or damage something in the long run. As much as I like my trouser rack, it doesn't work in the long term.
Has anyone had this or a similar problem and found a solution? Or does anyone have a tip on how to keep the trouser rack in the wardrobe? Maybe I made a mistake during assembly. I am very grateful for any hints.
Thank you very much in advance.
Wishing everyone a nice rest of the weekend!
Best regards
Sarah :D
