Liebherr is not a bad choice anyway. Siemens / Bosch also have models without a plinth unit, but maybe not with the desired equipment.

Miele XXL dishwashers are not a problem, for Siemens / Bosch / Neff it must be large-capacity dishwashers WITH built-in VARIOSCHARNIER.
