I can do that tomorrow, I can't get to the distribution box right now because it's in the children's room and the little one is already asleep. Yes, basically it gets warm or warmer. But even in the living room it's only around 20°C when the thermostat is turned all the way up. That is actually still too "cold".

It is important to understand that the thermostats usually simply just turn on or off. So at setting 6 it does not necessarily get warmer than at setting 4 if both settings lead to an open valve.

That is clear to me. That the valve is open at both settings is clear. But shouldn't the flow be different at thermostat setting 1 (or 4, doesn't matter) or 6?

Clear, or not clear, that is the question here. ;)

If no rare actuators are installed, there is only open and closed.
So either there is flow (temperature lower than setting), or there is no flow (temperature higher than setting).

For the hydraulic balancing, the adjusters under the thermal drives must be turned with a radiator key.
This then changes the flow.

Ok thanks. Then I'll take a photo of it tomorrow, maybe that will help us move forward.
Thanks a lot anyway for the answers. :)

Here are now the photos from the distribution box on the 1st floor.

On the left is child 2, the affected child's room that does not get properly warm. The second open valve is the bathroom; it does get warm here, but in my opinion, not up to the 23°C target temperature. However, I have not placed a thermometer here yet.
