What are the temperatures like around it? Is there ventilation installed?

No ventilation is installed. To the right is the bedroom, which is rather not heated. To the left is the office, which is heated very irregularly. Currently, the heating in that room is also off. Do you think that the surrounding rooms influence it so much that the children's room does not get properly warm?

There must be some reason after all. What does "rather not heated" mean, what are the temperatures? One should aim to have all rooms at about 21 degrees. Some then one degree warmer, like bathrooms and bedrooms maybe one degree colder. But something like 16 degrees should not occur in a (modern) house.
