Ideas for dividing the upper floor, possibilities for improvement of the ground floor

Yes, now this section does not match the staircase shown. The section has more steps than the floor plan drawing.

What rise dimension and how many steps and what tread depth are planned? And, how tall are you all?

If you look closely, you can see it: the staircase continues on the upper floor further than it is visible on the ground floor. So it will have more than 12 steps.
On the ground floor, the end of the staircase is marked by a dashed line. There will then be room for 16 steps in length. The staircase itself is the start of the basement stairs on the ground floor!

Right .. the staircase is depicted somewhat strangely.

But, nevertheless, I consider the staircase to be uncomfortable to use for anyone who is approximately 180 cm tall, especially when going down. Because the outer wall of the upper floor definitely begins at the front edge of step 5.:


I also doubt that the slope above the staircase can be constructed like that. After all, the outer wall of the upper floor is supposed to stand on it.
