Is it only for personal use or is it intended to be profitably marketed as a holiday apartment? That would be a significant difference for me.

You bring joy. Now that you ask if the kitchen fits with the width, should I look for the measurement? I can also do three sentences, but the questioner can never have too much input, especially since it is known that most people here look at the hidden object pictures on their phones :D It’s about the bay window...yes in the first post.

Oh, you wanted it as a private holiday apartment, I thought for rental as a holiday apartment. Then I would also allow myself a somewhat more luxurious bathroom.
Kitchen in the bay window: as far as I can tell, the water pipes are rather where the wardrobe is planned. Is it even possible to place the kitchen in the bay window then? I thought connections should remain as they are and in the original plan the sink is drawn where your 550m line is now.
It would be helpful to know at least where the water pipes are (supply and drainage), if they are not to be changed.
