Hello,
we are currently looking for ideas for a reasonable floor plan, but unfortunately that is not so easy.
We have also been to display homes, but somehow nothing has really appealed to us 100% so far.
Maybe you have some rough ideas on how the following could be achieved:
- The plot is about 740 sqm. It is 32m long and 25m wide on one side and 22m on the other.
- We are only allowed to build 1.5 stories. 2 stories are possible if we comply with TH=4.5m, FH=9m, roof pitch 30-45°. (Although I don't know how to build 2 stories under these conditions!?)
- Hip, gable, half-hipped and shed roofs are permitted.
Our minimum requirements for room sizes are as follows.
Ground floor:
- Utility room - 10 sqm
- Storage room - 8 sqm
- Study/guest room - 15 sqm
- Shower/WC bathroom - 4 sqm
- Kitchen (possibly pantry) - 10 sqm
- Living/dining area - relatively open
- Hallway - relatively open
Upper floor:
- Bedroom - 15 sqm
- Walk-in closet - 9 sqm
- Bathroom 1 - 12 sqm
- Bathroom 2 - 4 sqm
- Child’s room 1 - 17 sqm
- Child’s room 2 - 17 sqm
- Hallway - relatively open
Possibly we would also have no problem with having the bedroom with a large bathroom on the ground floor, however that is probably even more difficult to implement.
Do you have any ideas on how something like this could be realized?
