I will report back as soon as the house is finished and the final energy certificate after the blower door test is available :)

The whole thing is documented in writing, after all a KfW55 house was sold! ;)

Good advice:
Then make sure you actually get one. I have experienced several buildings where KfW55 was stated, but in the end sometimes only the Energy Saving Ordinance standard was actually realized with difficulty. Your external construction supervisor might get quite a bit of work ;-)
Your energy information probably comes from the Energy Saving Ordinance/KfW certificate? In that case, I hope it is clear to you that this information has absolutely nothing to do with actual consumption. To determine that beforehand, other methods are required!

When I read the values and KfW 55, I also had to swallow first. But your provider will know how to manage that.

Yep, I would also like to see the result then... but the actual measured values afterwards and not what the GÜ calculated beforehand...
