The final energy demand is just under 30kwh/m2. I did not speak of a reliable transferability. Depending on the driver, a car also needs more fuel/power.

What are the aerated concrete blocks supposed to be filled with?

Necessary for KFW 55 was the ventilation system with heat recovery.

Okay, then I’ll explain what the zero-energy house is ...
You build so much photovoltaic on the roof that you produce just as many kWh of electricity over the year as you need for your heat pump to heat.
Why shouldn’t it exist? It is simply associated with massive costs that will not pay off in my case.

Hello,

I hope your provider stands behind it if it doesn’t work?

If you are building with aerated concrete and aiming for KfW 55, experience shows that the "normal" aerated concrete block is not sufficient; if such a general statement can be made at all. Even if a ventilation system with heat recovery is added ... in most cases not even a controlled ventilation with heat recovery, without further measures on insulation, windows, and technology.

Rhineland regards

Is it even known what aerated concrete is? I think Poroton (which can be filled with styrofoam beads, etc.) is being confused with aerated concrete here

Good evening,

A "net-zero energy house" would correspond to a "perpetual motion machine" and that does not exist to this day; it probably never will.

What you mean is a passive house with a storage medium for the self-generated electricity. And that no longer costs 40,000 euros today - not quite that inexpensive (as desirable), but it certainly does not require the amount you brought into the discussion.

Rhenish greetings
