Sorry - but in my experience, a Kfw 55 efficiency house with unfilled aerated concrete blocks (even if insulation under the floor slab is planned) as well as a gas condensing boiler/solar domestic hot water heating and even with a buffer storage tank and optimal orientation to the sun, cannot be achieved. Either you forget to mention something or the calculation is simply incorrect.


There is no such thing as a "zero-energy house" and a real passive house would require an even higher investment.
