And how do you want to measure the U-values? With a thermometer? :-D

That can be easily calculated afterwards. And you will pay more due to higher consumption ;)

Okay, I have now obtained the following values based on my gas bill:
Roof: 0.143459352159238582
Base plate: 0.1957239528995293592059239
Wall: 0.205485195958358
