Hi,
I am looking for an app, a portal, or something similar through which I can view and preferably also manage or schedule all necessary maintenance etc. related to the house. I can certainly search everything on Google and put it into an Excel/calendar, but maybe someone has a tip for a "Haus Manager" app or something similar, or another approach. Thanks!
Regards,
Carsten

I would orient myself towards tools for agile software projects or Kanban boards. For example, there is one called "ClickUp," which I believe is free for private users on a small scale. It has become too bulky for me as a tool nowadays, I use Trello for that kind of thing. Alternatively, one could go completely over the top and use Jira from Atlassian.

Do you manage an apartment building? Use Trello or Jira (if you want a bit more).

Thank you for the quick responses.

I use Trello for private ToDos/projects, Jira is and should remain for work.

Of course, I would need to know what the tasks are. To be honest, I don't know that 100%. It's also a bit about having a place/location in the form of an app with which I can basically manage my house. Above all, a selection of the most important tasks around the maintenance of the home, etc. Renovation ideas, value development, and so on and so forth.

Is that understandable?

I use Jira & Confluence. Jira to manage the "hard" scheduled things. Confluence as a wiki for idea collection, etc.

Haus == Arbeit - so it fits ;-)

Otherwise, I don’t think you’ll find anything finished there – except of course the [Verwalter-Tools].

What big tasks should you have anyway? Heating maintenance: recurring appointment with your company, filter change for the ventilation system: appointment in the calendar – you do it yourself or get a craftsman again. Taxes: You’ll be reminded if you haven’t set up a standing order yourself ;), insurances: same game.

So I really don’t see what you want to "automate" there.
