Good day everyone, we want to start the modernization measures soon, and I have also planned some energy-related work. Actually, I wanted to do a lot of it myself and with friends, but is that even sensible? In [EL] I do not receive any funding.

What should be done:
Basement ceiling insulation
Insulation of the upper floor ceiling
2 skylight windows
2 radiators (plus 2 per bathroom)
Convert roller shutter motors and insulate the boxes

What might be done:
Insulate the roof slopes of the upper floor (I am not sure yet, price/performance)
Renew the front door

In [EL] I can certainly buy the materials cheaper and do not have to pay craftsmen.
Or is it worth it after all?

Can someone share their experiences? Thank you very much :)

I'll "push" my topic; it would be great to get some input. I would hate to let funding opportunities pass by, :)

Formulate your specific questions, then you will surely receive help.

Own contributions are now also eligible for funding.

I consider everything to be sensible, especially the roller shutter box when the wind whistles through it.

But what exactly you want is unclear to me. Maybe you have abbreviated too much, because the term "Heizkörper" does not refer to an energy measure.

Own contributions are eligible for funding again. Many of the things you mentioned can be done well by yourself. All the insulation, for example. For roof windows, I would rather get a professional. And for the radiators.

Everything you write makes sense. There is also funding for material costs. However, you need an energy expert who submits the application with you, which in turn costs money.

You get 15% for the individual measures, up to a maximum of €9,000 for a single-family house (i.e., €60,000 in eligible costs). So you have to see how much the individual items cost, but actually the funding application should be worthwhile...

Radiators are not eligible for funding, converting the roller shutter motors probably isn't either, but insulation is.
