"Bloated" stainless steel radiator

Why? If you would say why it should be exactly this product, we might be able to help. Should the radiator just look good? Should it also be able to heat? Just for the eye in the bathroom? What heating loads should it provide?

Friends of mine have a stairway where there is a consideration to install a heater as a "railing." This is an exposed spot where an interesting "sculpture," in my opinion, would fit well. I wanted to show them this inflated stainless steel version but have not been able to find it anymore, and my question was whether anyone knows it and can tell me where to find it. Whether the thing does what it is supposed to do would be an answer to a completely different question. I can imagine that someone might consider this radiator pointless, but for me, that's currently less interesting. Conversations that go like this: Question: "Anyone got a cigarette for me?" Answer: "Smoking is unhealthy," I usually find rather tedious. But as I said: It doesn't matter, ... it was just a question ...
