How much house can we afford?

For me (two-family house with two heating systems, but all totaled):
Property tax: €1,150
Garbage: €190
Water/sewage: €600
Insurance: €1,150 (very expensive, but really everything included, incl. photovoltaic)
Heating: €1,000 (with current electricity prices)
Electricity: €1,200 (with current electricity prices)
Chimney sweep, street cleaning, heat pump maintenance for two heat pumps etc. do not exist

Damn. I miscalculated in the last post and forgot the household electricity. Total correct: €2.20 per sqm (200 sqm, 2 apartments)

I roughly calculated for our house as well: we also don’t come higher than 2€/, despite expensive household insurance... (built 2013, gas)
