How much financing? Realistic budget?

That's why I'm asking you. I find the offers you find online so opaque that I don't even know what costs are realistic.. as described, we want at least 130m2 without a basement, which doesn't mean it has to be 160m2. No idea if that will make much difference to the total in the end. If I knew, I wouldn't have to ask here :D
I also don't want to go to a consultation appointment at a prefab house company and then fall out of my shoes when they present me with an estimated final price :D

Alright. Without doing concrete calculations, on a sloped plot of land (assumption: 50k€) with a basement, 150sqm of living space, and carport + garden, something around 550k€, possibly more, is called for. Is that possible as 100% financing?

The plot is really cheap. But even there, presumably €2,500 per m2 plus additional costs must be assumed. Probably also €540k upwards here.

Okay, how do you arrive at that number? I find that very much. We would probably have to pay off for 40 years :D I had calculated: About 65,000 for the basement About 250 for the turnkey house About 50,000 for connection and groundwork About 20,000 for the carport And 50,000 for the land I’m probably very naive :D

sorry for the dumb question but what is an existing house? One 1:1 from the catalog without extra equipment?

Yes, very naive. Notary fees, property transfer tax, … Outdoor facilities Turnkey can mean anything. Mostly without floor coverings, etc.
