How many square meters am I allowed to build and what are the costs (near Munich)?

I have a 900 sqm plot in the outskirts of Munich near Dachau. If I want to build a multi-family house there, how much living space can I currently build at most? What costs per sqm should I currently expect for a high-end finish?

Can someone give me approximate figures or a source where I can get more precise information? A few numbers would already be helpful. Thank you!

First, you take a look at the development plan (if available) and then come back again.

There are planning offices that squeeze the maximum living space out of the plot and the laws and regulations. That is not for a hobby

Yes exactly, give us more detailed information! I can already give you three numbers: namely the floor space ratio, the plot ratio, and the number of parking spaces per housing unit. Without these three numbers, you cannot calculate anything.
