How many square meters am I allowed to build and what are the costs (near Munich)?

2000 euros was definitely not the case in the Munich area 10 years ago. And as mentioned, for higher standards you can calculate 4000-5000 euros per m2.

Perhaps will kindly contribute the current Munich construction costs to the discussion :) ?

We are building in Upper Bavaria and paying, roughly, around 4,000/sqm for high-end standards, plus ancillary building costs. 2,000/sqm is out of the question, unfortunately 3,000/sqm is too.
