Just read a bit here in the forum. Then you'll know what to make of the overviewIt is clear to me that prices will rise over the years and one can only speculate. But are the tables on the internet really that outdated?
Just an example from practice: I am currently accompanying the financing of a developer in the Ruhr area. Really good and upscale fittings. These are "only" condominiums, which are lower in construction costs than single-family homes. The customer calculation assumes € 3,200 per sqm of living space (incl. underground parking), in reality we will probably end up at around € 3,500. Only construction costs including incidental construction costs! And that in the Ruhr area, where the construction costs are not necessarily the highest...
