House orientation on the property?

Hello,

I would appreciate ideas and suggestions on how to best orient the planned house on the overall 551m2 small plot. There aren’t many options; I have briefly sketched one attached. The living room would thus face north – is there possibly a better option or difficulties with the planning?

Without knowing the neighboring buildings, it is difficult to help. Is there a [Bebauungsplan]?

Apart from the fact that your north is in the east: if there is already a concrete floor plan here - in my opinion, this would suggest a wrong sequence in the design process - then why don't you show it?

Rough considerations, and then you already know where the living room will go? - that sounds to me more like a concrete floor plan. I suspect a type house? With the size of the property, you certainly belong to the lower nobility, so satisfaction should not be a question. The planting obligation strip (??? - it does no harm to explain such hatching) doesn't take much away from it.
