House made of concrete without additional insulation - monolithic

I know that I am bringing a thread back from oblivion here, but I am currently also interested in construction with lightweight concrete (Liapor precast walls) and would like to learn more. ~750€ for the shell sounds great - if that is still achievable in 2021. 1,000€ would also be okay. Hi Steffen, yes, I can’t do that either... too few posts. It was surprising anyway that someone still replies here and I get notified. However, we used classic concrete and not Liapor. I briefly looked at a brochure about it and it looks really cool, also technically interesting. I just think, or rather, we have experienced that these special building materials always come at an ultra-high price. Mostly because the regional companies cannot process them. For us, even the exposed concrete was a huge challenge and without guarantee. You probably want exposed concrete inside and outside, right? That seems to work with Liapor and still achieve good insulation values.
