House costs are fine, but the garage costs are too high.

So I find all of that too much.

For 20000 euros, 6.00 by 8.00 with a proper cardboard roof should be included.

I calculated the last few weeks, with complete personal effort 8000 euros should be possible,

6x8 even become sporty as precast concrete garages when you consider the foundation, electrical work, and 2x electric sectional doors. We are easily at well over 23 TEUR all in. You don't get a ready-built brick garage for that, especially not with a wide door.

For a garage costing €80,000, I would have first asked if the car is included!

We were quoted a price of approximately €40,000 by our general contractor at the time for a masonry 9x6m garage. We decided on a metal prefabricated garage 9x6m. Everything except the electrical installation included (2x windows, 1x door, 1x Hörmann sectional door 5m wide, inside with anti-condensation fleece, outside completely plastered): €15,000

Maybe they want a nice garage with a matching roof. You absolutely can't compare a prefab garage to that, it's simply a functional box.
