Exactly, and that's why I find the actual costs of creating the thread comparatively cheap. What else is missing besides the land, the property transfer tax, and the financing costs?

That may apply to the vast majority of users here, nevertheless it is in my opinion cheap

No. As already stated, it is included in the [Maurer etc pp] costs. Cheap: the contracts with the craftsmen are from 2013, the construction lasted until mid-2014. In the meantime, it has definitely become more expensive. Some expensive trades also did not come from NRW, but from the neighboring federal states, which were somewhat cheaper.

Here are some shots to imagine the house. Unfortunately, one of our neighbors is building last and the almost 6m on the side of the house are still more like construction grounds than a garden.
