House costs 160 sqm living area + 85 sqm basement NRW, 2014

I would like to break down the total, rounded house construction costs for my building project in NRW in 2014 here, as a comparison for future builders (with the corresponding surcharge for the following years).

I have one more question about your statement above. What exactly do you mean by the surcharges?

At the moment, it is getting a bit more expensive to build every year, at least according to the experts here in the forum. So you should add a few percent (5%?) each year if you want to compare.

Interesting listing. Despite the good equipment, you have remained clearly below the usually quoted 2000€/m² plus basement.

You’re right about that. The costs are difficult to estimate since we don’t have precise information about the building itself.

For example, whether it was built simply square or rectangular. Whether there are, for example, bay windows, dormers, a 3rd or even 4th gable.

The prices also depend on the season....very interesting overview...in my opinion calculated too cheaply
