House construction provider in Baden-Württemberg

We are currently looking for a contractor in the Böblingen district for a semi-detached house. The only difference from the post above is that it is on a slight slope. Has anyone had any experience in the area? Even just from consultation meetings would already help us.

That would have been my wish as well, also to save costs for trips, etc. Unfortunately, the other side of the property has not yet been sold and there is no outlook on when that will happen. I don't want to elaborate on this in a thread started by someone else. But take a look around the forum. Much has already been written about semi-detached houses, and both my view (with reasoning) and opposing opinions (some also with reasoning) have been discussed at length. You can hardly miss the thread by currently either, as it concerns the ordeal of a builder whose construction is now well advanced, and where afterwards the third house still has to be glued in for skat as a surprise package. Planning a semi-detached house in the fog is a task for someone who has killed both their father and mother. I recommend the search terms "11ant Doppelhaus" and "Mitkellerer" for a first appetite suppressant.

Don't let yourself be unsettled. Build your house exactly as you envision it. If at some later point the other semi-detached half is built, then they just have to adjust to you. Ideally, you build a basement. Then later no underpinning from the neighbor will be necessary – if you build with a slab and the later neighbor builds with a basement, it will simply be significantly more expensive for them.

And on the subject of the basement price: it will surely cost you at least 60k – depending on how much material you need to dispose of or not. In our building area (nördl. Ba-Wü) basement builders pay between 40 and 70 € per ton for disposal.
