Yes, I think so too. But at the moment it looks like work and also traveling are decreasing and we are still "relatively" young (35), so he just prefers to go full throttle now and do less later. And there wouldn't really be a solution now anyway, you can hardly quit just because you think you won’t make it in 15 years.

No, after 15 years there is of course still a remaining debt, that's clear. Our rate would be around 2.0 or 2.1%.

I don't know that saying at all
But of course we know what we spend monthly, just not including the ancillary costs of a house. It's more about the costs you don't expect!
