The 150 for the prefab house, I also stumbled over that at the beginning. By now we are 100k€ above these AnFix prices. Where you include the color doesn’t matter, they have to be paid. It’s more like 30k€ additional costs. What can be saved on EL you have to know yourself, but you still need the material for that! For example, for me (call it additional costs or whatever you want) for the turnkey house and plot, 65k€ were calculated on top (we don’t even have the shell finished yet, so who knows who else will come and want extra)! And with the selection, we’ve only gotten through doors and windows (there as an extra for example triple glazing, burglary protection, special requests for doors / handles, color of the windows, house number in the glass of the front door, mailbox....) These are things a layperson doesn’t think of at first (at least I didn’t).

thank you for your food for thought. so you really have to expect to still plan around 30-40k € for the "turnkey" house. if you don't need that much, all the better.

rather more, since usually some furniture also needs to be bought. And never forget, what if the washing machine or the car breaks down?! Reserves!

hi everyone,

we already have a plot of land. the plot is fully developed (connections up to 1 meter on the plot) so most additional construction costs are initially eliminated, right?

Of course, there are still costs for: building permit, surveyor, construction electricity, construction water, insurance, liability, kitchen, garden

thanks

Are you building your house 1m behind the property boundary?

no, certainly not, but the costs will surely be significantly lower, won't they?
