Below is my assessment, calculated seriously: € 195,000 pure house construction costs (150 sqm x € 1,300) € 030,000 ancillary construction costs (gas, water, electricity connection, telephone, construction road, sewage, etc.) € 010,000 kitchen ---------- € 235,000 planning size When financing, plan with only one salary, because unemployment, pregnancy, etc. are all too often forgotten/ignored. I would therefore add both salaries together and divide by two. This sum would then be the average net income for the coming years. Special allowances (holiday/Christmas pay, bonuses, child allowances, parental allowance, etc.) do not belong in a calculation.
